You shop our online store for the merchandise you wish to purchase. When you click on a product, you will be directed to one of our fulfillment companies who will complete your order and ship it to you. We do our best to only do business with companies that provide a safe, secure, positive shopping experience and provide quality customer service.

What if my gift doesn’t arrive on time, is damaged or does not fit?

Our fulfillment companies process, produce and ship your order and are responsible for the arrival time and condition of your order. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact the customer service department of the company that processed your order. They will be glad to help you. You can check out each partner’s return/refund policy through links on the company’s website.
